1. About this site

Wyrmcodex.com is operated by Gadget Labs (the "Forge"). The site currently functions as a Pre-launch waitlist and brand experience for our upcoming Kickstarter project, Wyrmcodex — The Dragon-Forged DM Tome.

2. No sales currently

During the Pre-launch phase, no products are sold on this site. Joining the waitlist places no order, no payment is taken, and no commitment is made by either party. Pledges for Wyrmcodex are accepted exclusively through Kickstarter once the campaign opens.

3. Intellectual property

All site content — including the Wyrmcodex name, wordmark, product designs, copy, photography, video, and lore — is the property of Gadget Labs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

4. Trademarks

Wyrmcodex™ and the Wyrmcodex wordmark are trademarks of Gadget Labs.

5. Prototype disclosure

Product images, video, and descriptions reflect prototype units. Final production specifications may evolve. Definitive specifications, pricing, ship dates, and reward tiers will be published on our Kickstarter project page when the campaign launches.

6. Third-party services

The site integrates services from PledgeBox, Meta Platforms, Google, TikTok, and Cookiebot. Your interaction with these services is governed by their respective terms.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and Pre-launch communications are provided on an "as is" basis. Gadget Labs disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
